Colleen Brady

Colleen recently retired from her role as full time faculty at Sault College and is excitedly entering the next chapter of her life journey.

Colleen lives beside the shore of Lake Huron on beautiful St. Joseph Island, Ontario (70 km east of Sault Ste. Marie) with her husband Terry.

Colleen has participated in several programs and retreats offered by Shalom Place over the years but the most impact on her life and relationship with God was when she journeyed with others on a year-long Ignatian Retreat known as the Spiritual Exercises. The Ignatian practice of “Finding God in All Things” resonated deeply within her and calls her forward to share the experience of this contemplative practice with other like minded pilgrims.

Colleen’s interests include exploring daily contemplative practice through various expressive arts, as well as, rediscovering and celebrating the stories of women of faith from our history and within holy scripture.
