Fall Silent Weekend Retreat

Come and experience a relaxing, enjoyable and inspiring weekend as we explore why JOY, HUMOUR, and LAUGHTER are essential to the spiritual life. Excellent input will be provided with videos of Fr. James Martin, SJ, and his wonderful take on why we need to remember that we are people of the Good News…using scripture passages, the lives of the saints, the spiritual teachings of other traditions to show us why Joy is the inevitable result of faith. Let this weekend be a reminder that a healthy spirituality and a healthy sense of humour go hand-in-hand with God’s great plan for humankind.
